Our Mission
To provide safe and secure community based facilities and services that are geared towards helping individuals struggling with substance abuse usage and mental health disorders. We want to help individuals overcome their addiction and then go on to make positive changes in their lives, their family's lives and society. In addition, we aim to support long term mental health and substance use recovery by providing behavioral health and substance abuse programs with clinical support.
ABOUT NATIONWIDE COMMUNITY COUNSELING SERVICES
PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE
Partial Hospital Program (PHP) provides care for adults with mental health and substance-use disorders, which cannot be managed in a traditional outpatient setting. Admission into these levels of care are often part of a recovery plan when stepping down from inpatient or residential care.
Individual and group therapy, with psychiatry support, is the foundational element of this program. Patients often find the group-therapy treatment approach helpful in assuring them they are not alone in their thoughts, feelings and circumstances. The multi-disciplinary team provides education, individual therapy and guidance while the group provides useful feedback and support.

Our team of Mental Health experts are comprised of Licensed Mental Health Professionals(LMHP), Qualified Mental Health Professionals(QMHP), Certified Peer Recovery Specialists(CPRS) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). With a combined 25 years of experience, we are designed to guiding you on your path to recovery.
